Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that all delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary, unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at the time of initiating the transaction based on the delivery address provided by you. These charges are included in the total transaction amount paid for the product and/or service.

Once an order is successfully placed and dispatched, delivery will be carried out through our partnered logistics providers.

In the event that your order is not delivered within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, you are required to contact our customer support team promptly using the details available on the platform. We will investigate the matter and provide appropriate assistance.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to logistics issues, weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or regulatory restrictions. Such delays shall not be considered a breach of our obligations.
